We stopped right at closing time for some food on our way home to Watertown, and the employees were super pleasant, although it was ten minutes to close, and the food was hot and tasty! Thank you for filling out bellies while everywhere else was closed and for the excellent service!
The new set up to take your own order..unimpressive. Whats the point of employee's? We dont go out much..the whole deal was just horrible. We got glazed over looks from employee's when we asked something, the dining room was dirty with no clean tables. They didnt have the iced coffee my other half ordered..and since staff didnt wait on us..we didnt have a clue. There was also no ice in the pop machine. For as expensive as the food was..the quality needs to be better.
They did a fantastic job getting our food out to us, like I couldn't have asked for anything better!!!
Surprisingly really good. The 1$ value section is pretty sweet
Called the store and told them they didnt give the driver one of my items. They said that they couldn't do anything about it. Told me that it wasn't their problem and that I needed to handle it. The employee got aggressive and rude when i asked if he could do anythong to help me and said that it want his job to "hold my hand" and "have fun fixing your problem" as well as "well, the driver should check the order" . When I opened the bag for me meal, the food I got was wrapped poorly and fell out all over the bag. Now I have to rebuild my order ingredient by ingredient. And I didn't get all of my order. So needless to say im a bit pissed. I would like a refund for my order please, as I will not be going back to this store after the treatment I got.
We live out of town and went through the drive-thru. We got home to realize they had forgotten one of the burritos. They also put jalapeño sauce on of the two cheese quesadillas I ordered specifically without the sauce. The burritos that we did get were very sloppy and were not closed. Refried beans were all over the wrapper.
