Men's restroom soap dispenser was out of soap. Sink looked physically dirty

I can appreciate fast food for its purpose, but just eating two crunchy shelled tacos hurt my stomach badly...

Walked in no one at counter. No sign saying there no front help and you have to use screen pad to order. Then there was me and two other people waiting to be helped, with question on the order and payment. Stood for about 10 minutes even though employees saw us standing there. Had to yell to the people if anyone was helping the front. One girl just shook her head no. Then another employee said you had to order through screen. Give prop to the one young man who came to front and asked who needed help. Bad business to change to screen and not have a notice that this what happening. And bad customer service to see people waiting and not even ask if they need help. Just plain stupid.

Tacos are never cooked to a brown tortilla , I like my tortilla brown on both sides I have to request to brown the tortillas. Every time
