Great service.

Ummm no way! They left out my chips and Queso and gave me chips for a nacho bell grande.

Slow, very slow. We sat at the drive-thru window for around 8-10 minutes before we got our drinks another 5-7 minutes before we got our food. In that time we watched the cashier that took our payment and handed us our change (paid cash) also handling food and drinks with the same gloves. Why wear gloves at that point? But overall the food was alright, though overpriced as most things are these days.

This location has never failed me, but the Buda location I avoid like a plague. The crew takes the order quickly, accurately and swiftly prepares food and promptly keeps on clearing the line. They forgot to give me straw today ... But no biggie. It's a small mess up in a bigger scheme of things. Food was nice and warm and I enjoyed it quickly while safely driving my vehicle. I tried their new Cheesy Crispanada... Was really good with the sauce. A must try item. If you are craving tacos or burritos this is a right taco bell location guys. Two thumbs up for sure. You won't be disappointed. Give it a try!

I have never had worse service in my life. I ordered on the app. I get there and they give me an order with my name in it but it says doordash and it is completely wrong. I come back and show the order number to the kid at the window. He says “whats that?” In reference to the order #. He says there is no order number that he can look up. They tell me to wait in front parking lot. 10 minutes later the same kid brings me a remade version of the same wrong order. Again I show him the order #. He starts reading the order off my phone trying to memorize it, talking over and completely ignoring my requests for the manager. He goes in presumably to make my order. I see 3 other customers bringing their orders back for being wrong. I call and get voicemail. I call again and get the manager. He says “it was a name mix up, they are kids, its a new system”. I wait a half hour in the car. I go inside and speak to the manager. He doesn’t recognize my name and doesn’t know who I am. I show him the order number and he does look it up on the computer. Why couldn’t the first kid do that? A name mix up doesn’t explain the 3 other wrong orders and rhe woman in front of me getting a refund. Manager says he can just give me a refund or make the order. I ask for the order. 10 minutes later I finally receive it. It is mostly right, but they added cheese and sour creme and left off the guacamole (I do not eat dairy) and included 3 extra items we did not order. Why is it like pulling teeth to order from this restaurant? Order # 919954

I never thought I would be writing a review for Taco Bell, but the staff here deserves it. Not only was my food fresh tasty and exactly what I ordered (a rarity at all taco bells), but the service from all 3 of the staff members was incredible start to finish. Best fast food experience I have ever had, GIVE THEM ALL A RAISE. Experience was 3/7/2024 around 12:00 PM
