Taco Bell

They get the order wrong even when it's not busy. Please check your items before you drive off, otherwise you'll be stuck with the wrong items and no way to get a refund. The people here are nice, but they do not have good quality control or order correction checks.

Literally should stop going here. The employees are so nice, but our order is wrong every time. Here is my steak power bowl - they left a giant spot for the steak to go, but didn't put the steak.

Was ordering in the drive through and literally thought a robot was taking my order. It was a wonderful lady who made ordering really easy and was very patient. Didn’t catch her name but I made note that her customer service was excellent!

Shay was amazing! I have never had such a wonderful person give me such awesome customer service... Especially at Taco Bell Shay you deserve a raise.

The greetings have gotten better. The food has gotten worse. Ordered a cravings box. The crispy taco was mainly lettuce. The chalupa was missing half it's ingredients and was also mainly lettuce. The order was placed in a bag where the wrappings were open and lettuce all over. Had to ask for the hot sauces that were in the order, if they had read the order along with no napkins. The only thing that had some taste was the burrito and that's probably because it had no lettuce.

Idk who was working the drive through around 4 today but they made some amazing quality Taco Bell items. The lady at the window also kept great eye contact and talked to me instead of closing the window on me. Best Taco bell I’ve had in a long long time.

Beef Taco Supreme was awful and the burrito supreme was equally bad. It’s been years since I have eaten at Taco Bell and my memory was favorable. I can’t imagine going there again, ever.
