Ordered two bowls from Sweetfin and was dismayed to find hairs in BOTH (disgusting). Contacted their customer service through their website, using the chat GPT. Unfortunately, the response was disheartening - they fixated on the method of my complaint (using chat gpt because english is my 2nd language) rather than addressing the issue. Despite explaining my concern, the team seemed uninterested in resolving the problem. Their excuse about the "system picking it up" didn't make sense and felt like a brush-off. Feeling let down and undervalued as a customer. Hope Sweetfin takes feedback more seriously in the future and doesn't leave hair in the food.... absolutely disgustingCan't recommend based on this disappointing experience.

Not only was the food far above my expectations, but the customer service I received was amazing. Ian Hicks gave me a good recommendation on what to get, and then proceeded to make it for me quite hastily. 10/10 will definitely be back
Used to love this spot. Went after a year away and rice was cold and dry, ruining the whole thing. Not worth the stop if it's gonna be hot or miss...
This was the worst pokee bowl I had in a while. The small bowl is probably kids size and it's priced at $14 in the Uber app and $25 with delivery and fees. I didn't like any of the flavors. I would not recommend this place.
Disgusting poke place. The fish is not fresh, even the veggies that come with it is not fresh. Really want to love this place since I live across the street. But each time it seems the quality went down a bit.
