The triple berry cake was great but the uncle Nearest cupcakes were dry and slightly hard.

Too slow service. They gave me 2 Slices of cake in 20 minutes. On the cake was right there.

The employees here are some of the nicest employees ever Excellent customer service and the cake is to die for cupcakes are amazing. My mom is celiac and she tried the gluten-free cupcakes. She said there’s some of the best she’s ever had amazing for it being gluten-free, which is hard to find. Most gluten-free stuff is dry and horrible. This place deserves 10 stars. The only part of the review I’d give bad review for is that they have no locations in Colorado, my mom is bummed lol

I went first time here, they give us free cake they were so nice and friendly! Great place to get dose of sugar!

I can’t recommend this place enough! The shop is so cute and the cakes and cupcakes are delicious! The staff was so friendly, I had a great experience there!

A bit overrated and overpriced. I ordered a dozen cupcakes and for the size (they were a bit small) was shocked that they were $5 each. I wish pricing was posted somewhere in the space so we would know walking in. I also found the boxes for the cupcakes to be subpar. They were put in cake boxes, so were smooshed by the time we were at the event. They tasted fine but I feel like there are plenty of better options elsewhere.

Customer service is very very good. But damn those cupcakes i bought were undergoing their metamorphosis into hockey pucks. Luckily the icing was good.

Susie Cakes makes the moistest cake I've ever eaten. So scrumptious !

Make sure you pick up the Carrot Cake and Red Velvet cake and tell them PICASSO MILANO FOREVER sent you. I had the honor to work at Brentwood location and the staff and management at Labrea, DTLA, and Brentwood really is appreciated expecially when you need a pick me up
