$40 sushi roll, I’ve been to the finest sushi restaurants all over the world, I can’t recall seeing a sushi roll for $40 unless it was caviar or toro. But no, this dark, strip mall sushi joint thinks it can charge $40 for a sushi roll. The sushi was good, really good, if it was normal priced it would be amazing, but when you are paying Michelin Star prices it falls short. There is 1 sushi chef making the sushi. We waited 45 minutes after ordering for our first piece. We noticed a few tables complaining about the wait for food. If you have your dad’s credit card, and go off peak you will really enjoy this place. But to spend $200 at a sushi spot with a 30 year old drop ceiling next to a Papa John’s pizza is kind of crazy.
