Genuinely a terrible Taco Bell. Personally live within walking distance but still decide to drive to the one on Palmetto because they have actual standards of quality. The customer service is lack luster and the food is horribly kept. When I go to the drive thru the person is expected to cut you off while you're speaking and when I went inside once the staff were literally running around the restaurant after each other, knocking over chairs and tables while I'm standing there waiting for my food. Ordered a burrito and the beans were dry when I had gotten home (from a 1 minute drive). Also had cinnamon twists which were stale. Hard pass on this establishment.
Lock the doors, here come the customers! Just like any fast food place, the floors are cleaner than the tables, service is awful, food is gross/overpriced and they always like to inconvenience you some way. Want to dine-in? It’s drive through only, wanna use the drive through? It’s dine-in only, need to use the restroom? It’s out of service. Make sure to use the self-order kiosk because we’re understaffed and we hope you don’t mind waiting 20 minutes for your order. Maybe if these places pay better they’d have more staff to take pride in their jobs
There were only 2 of us in the restaurant. We ordered on the kiosk. My order came up eventually. They don’t have large cups, so they hand me 2 small cups and walk away. My roommates never came up and the staff said someone must have taken it. We were literally the only people in the place. The last time I came here and went through the drive through the staff asked me to drive all the way around again. I think to reset their drive through clock or something. I have finally learned my lesson and will never return to this terrible establishment. I feel really bad for the owners, that the people they have working here do such a poor job and represent the Taco Bell franchise so poorly
Half the time I go through the drive thru they say open online, but nobody answers the drive thru and looks like nobody inside even with cars parked and lights on. It’s really strange.
Ordered thru the drive thru. Specifically asked for no sour cream. Repeated myself 3 times. Got home everything is coated in sour cream. They never gave he a receipt and were rude at the window. I called and got a ride girl in the phone who told me I had to come back to the store with the food in order for her to do anything. I live 15 mins away and at 930 at night am not driving face to deal with such a nasty employee. I work in customer service. I will never put up with my employees having these attitudes. Rude
