We’ve been coming here for years!!! My kids grew up coming here for mommy kid dates since they were 8 &9. They’re 23 & 24 now! Now it’s closed!? We’re all so sad!!
EDIT: Sushi Yume has now closed (sadly) Very good food at reasonable prices. It's primarily a sushi place, but they do have many other dishes, including teriyaki, noodles, ramen, and tempura. You can get grilled yellowtail collar, which is always a plus. All the food is quite delicious, though I personally prefer a stronger flavor in my yakisoba sauce. It's the sushi that makes this place one of my area favorites, though. Almost all of their regular rolls are under $10, but deliciously prepared. The eel-avocado in particular is the best I've had anywhere. They don't stint on the eel sauce (or eel) and the avocado is perfectly creamy without being even slightly mushy. For a bargain, check out their lunch special (restricted to certain days, so check a menu beforehand if you're counting on the lunch special pricing).
Best Japanese style sushi in town. They do have California style as well! We go there weekly.
This is far and away the best sushi restaurant in the Denver metropolitan area. Outstanding service and quality. I eat here at least 2-4 times a month whenever I’m in the area. Kid-friendliness: They have Japanese sodas that my son loves to order.
Awesome food and service!!! Top notch!!!
Very good sushi, we picked up takeout via bike. They have zero bike parking so we had to hook up to a handicap sign. I think it would be a good investment to even get even just one inverted U rack as more people replace close car trips with bikes. Even in suburbia. Parking: Zero bike parking, be prepared to hook up to a handicap sign as is oh so common with commercial destinations in suburbia...
This is such a great date night spot or to have brunch with friends! The sushi is delicious, fresh and good quality. The service is always 10/10.
I grew up in Okinawa, Japan & my boyfriend is Asian so naturally we love Sushi. We have eaten at more than a few places. We usually like to test out places & bounce around but have to admit since we tried Susi Yumi we just keep coming back! The Hamachi Kama (yellow tail collar bone)i s the best weve ever had. They do 2 for 1 saki which is the perfect sushi drink companion... and recently they added our favorites on special Toro (fatty tuna) & uni (sea urchin).... most places give you a tiny cut of toro which IMO is the desert of sushi and here ... you know what just come try see for yourself!
$100 down the drain, every dish reeked of rancid fish.
