the sushi is always absolutely delicious, the prices are good, and the service is amazing. everything is good but whatever's on the board is extra fresh. I've been here a few times, and every time I'm surprised it isn't full. I can't stress enough how great sushi suki is!
Delicious!!! definitely recommend, come here!!
Our family has been enjoying sushi from here for many years. The price is reasonable and there is friendly service. Some favorites are the hamachi sashimi, eel rolls, and tempura udon. They offer to-go and call for delivery services. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian soup, salad, sushi rolls, nigiri, tempura, appetizers. Parking: Metered street parking is available nearly every time, but it does get crowded. Wheelchair accessibility: Restaurant is on the second floor. There's an elevator outside to get to the second floor, but I have never seen it used.
Dropped by for lunch on a Saturday. The place was quiet. I was able to sit anywhere I wanted. I ordered the tonkatsu lunch special, which came with miso soup, and Toro and yellow fin nigiri. Really enjoyed my lunch. The Toro was delicious. The breading on the tonkatsu was extra crispy.
This has been my favorite Japanese restaurant since 2006. The vibe has not changed one bit, nor the people. The food is amazing and fresh. West portal is also a very cute area of the city to enjoy while there. Vegetarian options: The avocado asparagus roll is my favorite vegetarian roll
Very calm restaurant with good, speedy service. The chicken udon is my favorite soup. It's not complex, however, it's a great flavor & everything is delicious. The chicken is cooked perfectly, the broccoli is soft & easy to bite into, and the broth is full of flavor. It's the best thing to have in the winter. My family also enjoys the entrée teriyaki meals. The soba is great for the summer. A very diverse menu. Parking: The closest parking has meters, but the meters seem to run until 6pm, so it turns free after dinner time. Depending on the day of the week, it turns into musical chairs, but it is easy by SF standards to get a parking spot. Around the corner, there is plenty of parking. This is one of the better neighborhoods in the city, so walking isn't bad. Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is located on the second level, but there is an ADA elevator available next to the stair case on the left side when u walk up to the building.
Definitely a nice go to for sushi. What is nice is the food is predictably good. Nothing weird, nothing odd, just good solid sushi.
Parking: Meter parking in front. Round the corner for free street parking...just check it's not street cleaning day!
