Sushi Hook

Yummy fresh sushi but orders online can't be customized:( and charge for additional sauces. But this place is the best sushi spot in sac, my opinion!! Fresh, great portions and price!!!

Dish I do NOT recommend is Dinner Bento and the reason is because the chicken came in small pieces with tiny bones attached and skin on -- grilled (tasteless) and not flame broiled. Chicken was not cooked properly and not cut thoroughly. The fish does NOT have a taste. The spring roll is oily and rolled with a thick dough. The salad is not even Japanese so is the dressing. Even the very tiny 3 orange slices had a bad smell (rotten). The free water served when you are seated down comes straight from the faucet and has a bad taste (at least put a water filter). The only thing that was good in the Dinner Bento was the tempura.

Their baked rolls are to DIE for! I could not get enough of the Baked Scallop roll. The staff is also so polite! Definitely coming back again soon.

Arrived at the restaurant and was surprised to find two entrances. A staff member instructed me to go outside in heavy rain to access the other door, leaving me soaked. No apology or assistance offered for the inconvenience. Disappointing start to the experience

The most delicious and varied sushi we could find in Sacramento so far. Very tasty, fast, everything is fresh, the staff is very nice. Thank you so much!
