Super Taste

This was my go to spot for dumpling and noodle soup. It use to have bigger eats and reasonable prices with large portions. What I have noticed over there years. Prices have gone way up over the years. Size of the soup has gotten smaller. Dumpling has also gotten smaller in size. You start to see a lot of the local stop coming to this location due to the prices increase and the gentrification of the flavor and taste to meat different pallet. You will have to wait to get a table. Many people that now eat here spend time chatting it up after eating rather then giving up there table to other clients. The location has cut down on the seasoning they now offer. The selection of soups has also reduced and cut down from the once large selection. It maybe time to move to a different location offering. I wish the business all the best. The Boss lady wasn’t here today service and food was lack luster. Sometime you need to keep the staff on their toes or the quality may diminish. Disappointed ☹️ with my boiled dumpling they were still a little under cooked. The number one soup didn’t have the once flavorful session it once had. The rice dish also was over filled with rice with lack of seasoning in the meats. Parking: It maybe hard to find parking in the area best to walk over for pickup. Attempt to eat at this location would be difficult with long wait.

Was visiting NYC for the week and friends suggest going here. It’s a small family owned shop with limited amount tables for dine in. The food is very good and considering for the price, it’s a steal. Would definitely come here again!

So if you stop here definitely just be prepared to eat outside on the street. It’s small inside so know your order ahead of time. I read reviews and got the pork burger but I would say skip it. I wasn’t impressed at all and the bun is a thick sesame seed bun like a bagel. The pork and chive dumplings were delicious and worth the stop however you can get dumplings anywhere else nearby. The prices can’t be beat here! I will say you definitely get a lot for your money.

I just left this place. First time ordering. This place is legit. We ordered the pork buns... OMG. Mind blowing. That will be ordered again and again. Also ordered the pork and chives dumpling. Those were tasty.

Great food. You get a lot of food for a small price. Highly recommend the Sichuan dumplings, beef noodles, and obviously the spicy sesame noodles. The entire dinner costs $20 for two people and we had enough to take home. Just beware the place is very tight and has limited seating so give yourself some time to wait for a table to leave.
