This is an unpretentious neighborhood cafe. The food is good if unremarkable. The service is efficient and a bit cold. I ordered a noodle bowl and they brought me the sprouts, basil, lemon, and jalapeño in a plastic baggie, which I thought was odd. We ordered hot Vietnamese coffee and got it iced (it was still good). The prices are good. Overall a decent healthy choice if you’re in the neighborhood, but probably not worth a special trip for.
Very friendly staff. neighborhood pho stop
Delicious and unfussy food. I think I will go back.
Great neighborhood restaurant for Vietnamese food. I like their Vermicelli with pork but their Pho is also good. Parking: It’s located where other restaurants are located in a neighborhood in Portrero Hill.
I love this place and frequent here a lot! The lemongrass beef vermicelli is my go to dish but nothing on the menu will disappoint. The staff is friendly and always have great attitudes. I recommend sunflower as a must try if you haven’t already! Parking: Around the area of 18th and Connecticut there are a lot of spaces with 2hr time limits along with some meters along 18th street. Depending on time it can get difficult. Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible but I would call ahead to make sure you are accommodated.
