The person who served was very RACIST from the moment we entered and rude until he said that he can't read minds just because our English was accented

The team members are both rude & slow……not a great combination when you are paying $15+ for a sandwich.

Great food. The manager is really nice too (served us we didn't go for any complaints) and the atmosphere was.

I order a sandwich I explain to the guy I want other lettuce fresh but he said all is like that and tomatoes are not fresh. Terrible place I am not coming back . I prefer publix sandwiches. Also the bathroom is dirty and not paper towels.

I just wanted to say that the store manager here was great. She was there for hours by herself, and she was swamped and she still had a good attitude. there is no reason that she should have been alone, especially when it was busy. so whoever you are as far as the owner goes, she needs help especially if you don’t want to Luz as nice of a person as she is. And maybe pay her what she’s worth.

How does this chain stay in business? Mediocre staff, over valued sandwiches....I just don't get it.
