Main Street Bakery

Our experience here was just "meh". There was nothing really special and it was actually a but frustrating because in the time it took me to walk over to get my coffee after my name was called some little kid had put their dirty little hands all over my cup and the employee acted like it wasn't a big deal. The main reason we stopped here was so y daughter could buy the mug. we'll skip it next time.

Overwhelming. Overpriced. Overcrowded. Overhyped. I am just not a fan. I’d go to the French bakery in Epcot any day of the week over this. I just personally do not see the craze other than adorable caramel apples (but let’s me honest - does anyone ever actually finish those?). I get they sell some Instagram worthy goodies, but for me, my time is worth more and I just can’t stand sitting in line for barely average treats. Head over to Adventureland for some cheeseburger egg rolls instead

Michale from the Netherlands/Alabama provided one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. While waiting for my coffee, I witnessed him engaging with guests and making references to Disney characters and movies as patrons food/drink orders were ready! Well-done Michael!

Very busy

We went here first thing when we entered, and walked past it multiple times throughout the day. Both times it was very busy and full so I wouldn't say "waiting for it to clear or lesson" is really worth it. The food was delicious and the workers were very sweet and kind. I'd say the only bad thing is that all of us customers were stuffed into that tiny place. If your in a group or more then 2 people, just send in 1 or 2. Dietary restrictions: Substitutions or changes can be made, when asked

Fast, friendly service. Drinks were delicious....and that picture speaks for itself!

amazing coffee, amazing baristas. they seem very busy, xander and mica (i assume the managers) have been just standing there having a good conversation laughing. Meanwhile, the person on register is having to run back and forth between register & making drinks. Very disappointed in the management!
