The service was slow, the employee gave me the wrong sandwich because she was too busy on the phone, they didn’t have what I wanted, on top of everything else the employee was touching everything that is not food related with the same gloves she was using to make my sandwich, the fountain only has water flavor, no napkins in the bag.

My husband went into there the guy stayed on his phone the whole time walking back in forth with the phone in his ear the guy was not listening to what my husband order this is not the first time this happened the order came up wrong again and whatever happened to all the vegetables and cheese that is out there so you can see what you want on the the subs There was only 5 items out there to pick from Our subs was plain again If the guy wants to stay on the phone he should work for the phone company That will be the last time there

I ordered delivery because I was unable to go physically. The tracker said that my order was picked up and the dasher was on the way but then a few minutes later it said the order was returned because the dasher couldn't "make it to me." It also said to call the store about the order so I did just that and the number doesn't even work. I tried calling three times and it would just tell me that the number is disconnected or no longer in use. I know the delivery person not giving me my order isn't there fault but not having a working number is. Why have it listed as a way to contact them when it isn't even connected. There also aren't any other options to contact them and I don't even know if I'm even getting the order that I already paid for. This situation could've been easily avoidable if they just had a reliable way to contact them.

Back again lol, a little disappointed bc the $5 menu is gone, but they have a buy 2 footlong and get one free deal which worked out perfect for us. So the person who took care of us today was Daniel. Daniel was amazing from the time we walked through the door until the time we left. He was nice and very funny . His customer service was fantastic and the food was good too. So much to like about this place.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The restaurant is poorly run. Every time I order from there, they are always out of something. And if they are out of something, they don't call and tell you. They just make you something different and send that. I will not order from there again.

La señora que esta ahí no tiene tacto se puso a contar el dinero si saber si yo tenia tiempo .y solo me dijo espere .y continuo haciendo otra gotas sin atenderme . Parece que siempre está del mal humor
