There is no public restroom and the stuff trying to force buy something.
Terrible Subway. Do not recommend. Very unfriendly. I am a bicycle tourist and have been able to roll my bike inside 100s of Subway’s nationwide to pick up food so my bike and its gear do not get stolen, but not this one. They do not like bikes even though there is plenty of space inside to roll in and out.
Male owner will sometimes work the counter, and he’s not friendly. And meager portions is how he makes a sandwich. If you want a fair/decent amount, he wants to charge you more money. I like the two women that work the counter, but the owner is not professional with customer service.
Employees don’t understand English, speak with incomprehensible accent. Also found a hair in sandwich
Rude employee. I walked into the empty Subway to pick up my order. The Asian Indian lady worker came out from the back so I said "Hi, I have a pick up for 2 wraps?" she replied "WHAT IS YOUR NAME?!" like I'm her child. I just stared at her in confusion for 3 seconds and I said my name... she told me to "just check your name" pointed at the pickup area and went back in. This store will not accept the coupon that's advertised on the front page of Subway's website. I already created my order so I ordered anyways. There's a Subway on De Anza and West Gate Mall.
They hardly put any veggies. Like they count olives to 3 pieces and Spanish to 3 leaves.
Worst service ever! They rip off people and try to nickle and dime every single thing. Not worth it! Not coming back ever.
This is a subway, expect no more or no less. The food hits especially hard when you just crave a subway sandwich.
