Subway

Ordered online and got teriyaki sauce and buffalo sauce (not a good combination) on my sandwich when I only asked for buffalo sauce. To paint the picture, most of the time, I get the grilled chicken sub with a little teriyaki sauce from this particular location. However, this time, I asked for the exact same grilled chicken sub but with just a little buffalo sauce instead of teriyaki sauce. I even checked the receipt and saw that I did, in fact, just ask for buffalo sauce. But what I got this time was a lot of teriyaki sauce and some buffalo sauce. Seems the staff at this Subway are more concerned with not wasting any food whatsoever than getting a customer’s order right. Will not be ordering from here again.

Submitted an online order last night after traveling, get to RB Subway to find out they didn't receive the order (supposedly their internet never works) and their employee just kept arguing with me. Never once asked to make my order after about 15 mins of going on and on that he didn't have an order so I left and went to The Kabob Shop in the same center. I won't be back or either will any member of my family.

No BBQ chips. Prices are ridiculous.

Awful!! One person working slowly and when a phone call order came in we all had to wait for that order to be slowly made even though we had waited for 20 min. I will never be back!!

Needs a little updating but other than great! Great food and service and the outdoor area is beautiful

Subway as a whole needs to be ashamed of themselves for price gouging. I remember when the footlongs were $5, then $10, then $12, and now some are up to $17 dollars!! A sandwich with 2 meats, 4 slices of cheese, and some veggies is not worth even close to that. This restaurant is okay, small and in the shops in RB. I just can’t get over the fact they’re charging an arm and a leg for their most basic subs.

The service was excellent and the food was excellent too.
