Wow This Subway is very skimpy on the sandwich! I’m never going here again! Togos here I come I am still hungry. I asked for more veggies and they didn’t and I asked again and they didn’t.
Ordered 6 sandwiches online for pick-up. 5 of those were to be hot chicken and steak and cheese subs..get home 1 is absent of chicken, the other 4 cold like they came right from the cooler Bread stale asl! We could not decipher whose sandwich was whose.. This is a total waste of $66 bucks and I will NEVER again order from here. Horrible service and food! Parking: Parking was better than the food!
This place sucks it's at 5031 find another subway stay away. The employee rudely told me it was up to his discretion whether that subway excepts coupons. He was rude, I sure that was management or owner sitting in the restaurant observing . Also was told the coupon was limited to certain sandwiches of course it written on the coupon. But that subway was actually limiting to a smaller range of sandwiches what topped it off was he's attitude. Go eat at the one on Folsom boulevard. They accept coupons there not rude and they go the extra length to accommodate you The SUBWAY on Folsom Blvd by carsl Jr , Starbucks and they don't have an attitude !
My sandwich was so skimpy barley any lunch meat, barley any spinach, barley anything on it, just a few pieces a veggies. The bread is even smaller than normal.
My sister and I have went in to get some sandwiches. At check out I noticed the bill seemed very high for two sandwiches and the coupon that we used. My sister had gotten a footlong and used the $9.99 football meal and then I got my own normal twelve dollars foot long. My sister had to remind the manager of the free drink and he reluctantly passed it over after trying to charge us for one. When I asked for a receipt, he said he had already given it to us. We then had to prove to him that we did not get one. He proceeded to dig In the trash where he threw our receipt behind the counter. looking at the receipt, he had charged my sister for 2 extra chips and only took 2 dollars off her sandwich rather honnor the 9.99 price.. I had gone back and asked the reason why he didn't run the coupon properly and his response was. This coupon will only take $2 off. I read the fine print back and showed it to him. And he still proceed to tell me The ipad says that the corporate subway coupons are wrong. It was really frustrating to be shoved off when I asked questions about the bill and have them hide our bill. . I really miss the old owners. And I really hope that this team can get some coaching from corporate. So this doesn't happen again to any other guests.
I've ordered from this location in the past, but this was my first time using app to order here. Bread was hard, seemed old and didn't get all items I selected. Just order in person if you do
STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION I assume it's new management but the manager padded my bill and wouldn't let me have my receipt after I caught it. They overcharge on purpose for items I never received. I went back in to complain and the manager would take no responsibility and blamed his iPad. This place is a disgrace to subway Edit: the bread wasn't cooked and is still squishy.
I believe the store closes at 8:00 and I put in my order at 7:40 something. I was specific I wanted my bread toasted with with ranch oil and light salt and I got the veggie Delight since I don't eat meat. Either I'm a genius or this restaurant really goes above and beyond even though they were closed when I arrived and I had to show my phone through the door I was the best freaking Subway sandwich I've ever eaten. And that's saying a lot so definitely worth checking out Vegetarian options: Definitely a good vegetarian option. At least I have some specific set aside options for vegetarians most places don't have them lately a couple more have been popping up but it's always far a few in between
