I ordered two footlong sandwiches on line with the promotion program buy one, get one free. When I picked up at 2461 Santa Monica blvd, suite b, I was only offered one instead. The explanation was that I didnt put in the code when I ordered it. This minor error should be easily corrected. But they refused to do it. At beginning, they argued that it was my mistake. They would not like to solve the problem for me. More ironically, the owner told me through a phone in one of the customer service lady that the specific shop did not participate the buy one and get one free program . Actually, before I submitted the on line order , I asked the same customer service lady if I could get the same deal by paying in the shop because I didn’t want to leave my credit number on line. She told me that I could only get the deal on line. Obviously, it is a flat lie that the shop didn’t participate the promotion activity. I felt to be treated as a fool. Im writing to ask for a refund of $13 I paid. User's recommendation: Absolutely not.
