my experience was terrible but the food was amazing Marian Ellis was very rude and had an attitude. I ask too use the bathroom and she proceeds too tell me i cant use the womens and that i only can use the mens bathroom, when i got in there is wass so disgusting and i express that and she walked away and shrugged her shoulders. Thank you soo much jojo for listening and caring for the customers
I travel the country for a living. This is hands down the worst subway in the country.. The bread I got was stale and hard.. The lady at the register tried to overcharge me. And the steak on my sandwich tasted awful even with Chipotle south west on it..needless to say I took one bite and threw it on the ground..then a bird landed on it..took 2 pecks at it and flew away quickly.. (no cap).. This place gives Subway a bad name..hope they see this review and fix the problems at this location. ZERO STARS FROM ME

Never order online from this store. 25 minutes passed when my order was supposed to be done and it still hasn't been started. The cashier continues to take new orders while I've been waiting. This isn't the first time and it's absolutely ridiculous. People who came in after me are getting theirs made.
The cookies and even the bread can be a hit or miss Vegetarian options: I appreciate the avocado option
So today i decided to go to my local subway. And as i walk and i say hi good afternoon to the lady that’s in the photo and she didn’t even respond back . Then as i proceed to explain what i want she kept cutting me off and rushing me . Then once it was time for me to check out i nicely handed her my money in her hand . She counted my change and slide it on the counter like she had an attitude. I’m not making this a black & white thing but as i was walking out a Uber drive came and she gave them the biggest greeting of the world and smile . And i told her she need to work on her customer service and that she been rude sense she started my order. I’m giving it 3 stars just be of her customer service!!
2 stars only. Service was very slow and took 15mins. They apologized and and told us it will get better soon.
