Es un pésimo servicio del personal atienden d mala manera a las personas en el día como en la noche son racistas y mal educados

They hire people who don't want to work or who hate the night shift. glued to the cell phone and denying that they don't have anything to eat, please improve customer service because there are people who want to work.

Muy mal servicio una señora hoy en la mañana me atendió enojada y baño el Subway en salsa cuando le pedí que pusiera poco , deberían de hacerle un examen de la mente antes de contratar a alguien en esta sucursal ‍

Someone hacked my subway account and ordered cookies, I tried calling here to get them cancelled or at least make sure the person who hacked my account didn’t get them. Got hung up on twice. Was told the person who hacked the account already picked them up. A part of me feels like the person I talked to was the culprit. Horrible customer service.

The lady who works there doesn’t have any idea what customer service mean, even I think she has mental problem (god forgive me ) the way he treated me when I went to get a sandwich was disgusting, she even was making comments about me while she was preparing the sandwich, and then I ask her to just do light cheese and she got crazy telling me I doesn’t come w light cheese and she added xtra cheese to my sandwich, she was very lucky I was on a good mood because other wise i would loose it lol

Hoy si Subway me dio la mejor lección de como trata a sis clientes llego a comprar cerca de las 12am y la señorita que le voy a llamar a si por respeto con su Jean azul me trato mal y le reclamo y me dice que por sus parte lo hace creo que es cubana.porque dijo por su bollo... ya esto es lo último en buen trato
