Subway

I don't like the cover over where they make your sandwich. It seems sketchy. We asked for double meat and was charged for it but didn't get it. The guy argued that it was double meat. Ordered 3 cookies and was given 4, and he charged for the extra cookie. Seems like they are charging for things that you don't get and it didn't ask for. Save your money and go somewhere else!

I received GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, and the guy who fixed my sandwich actually listened to me and what I wanted in my sandwich and how much I wanted on my sandwich.

I've had to come here a few times. It was bad the first time and it did t get better. Don't bother ordering off the "new" menu, these guys don't know it. Trying to get a sandwich made is akin to pulling teeth. They're a very franchised location, can't use offers, deals, or coupons. They don't have the other drinks that most subways have, but they do have a cooler with bottled drinks, which is neat, but I haven't seen that kind of thing at other locations. Seems like the building itself is poorly taken care of too. All in all, if there's a different subway that's a couple minutes out of your way, go to them for sure

This is a disgusting Subway… save your money and go to the one off of Dallas Hwy. This location used to be really good, but management changed a year or so ago… it has gone downhill. Vegetables are withered and gowy and bread is often stale. Also, they don’t take any coupons/app rewards. Such a waste of a good location - which by the way, they don’t maintain as lawn is often overgrown.

I visited two subway deli today I was surprized to see that there was a screen placed in front of the meats that you select for your sandwich so that you could not see what was being served I don't think this is a good idea and I won't patronize Subways again in the future

Here's the thing. If someone orders a veggie delight sandwich, maybe put some veggies on it! I'll never understand the type of person who could do their job this poorly and still look themselves in the mirror. Edit: I just opened the cookies. I ordered chocolate chip cookies. That's not what they sent. Sadly, it was an UberEats order so it was not fixable.
