So it’s Sunday 710/22 I went to this subway at 540pm the sign says OPEN as I walk up to the door there’s a big guy and girl (blk) locking up the door. The girl could have said as I walked up that they are closed but only after I said something! Then said they close at 530pm. Which is no where posted they close at that time, it says 930pm! They were both very rude to us!!! You can guarantee that they will never see my Business EVER again at this location!! This used to be a good location but with service like that who needs to go there! Update: You’ll be happy to know the business is gone shut down out of business! Thank god…..
The server was alone but there was no urgency,no dialogue with customers and she had this Nonchalant behavior. She did not impress nothing good on the customer. Very bad customer service
The staff never smiled nor welcomed me to subway. My sandwich wasn't how I requested it to be.
Lisa was fantastic, helping a technologically-challenged customer with placing an order that didn't go through earlier. She also greeted me with a big smile and welcomed me to the location. She is a wonderful employee. I wish every location had someone like Lisa.

Attendant didn’t understand a question I made regarding an online order, tried to explain what happened, but she got frustrated and called me rude. She contacted her manager over the phone, I spoke to him and he was very understanding and nice about the situation. It was a misunderstanding, but please don’t call a customer rude special when they’re NOT.
