This store has delivered to the wrong address once. Driver refused to go get it and bring to the correct address. Doordash assured me that I would get a refund. Never received. The next time I ordered the order came up wrong. I immediately called the store to change. The person who answered the phone said it was already made and they were going to deliver as is. When I protested he hung up on me. The driver arrived with the incorrect order and I sent it back to the store. Doordash again told me I would get a full refund. Never received The guy that runs this store is unbelievably rude and ignorant of any idea of customer service. Doordash are theives and liars. I am done with the store and the delivery service they use.
Order for pick up said was gonna be ready at 5:45 pmand it’s pass 5:58 pmthat’s so unbelievable juts waiting on the line while the girl does someone else sandwich when my order comes first never coming back ♀️ don’t have pick up orders if they aren’t gonna be ready when they say they are. My order took like 20 min and it was for pick up said a time that was gonna be ready and it took over 20 min the most sad thing and unprofessional was it’s only one girl working when there’s 7 people in the store and 4-5 orders online that’s so unfair and stressful they should have two people working shame on the manger !!!!!!! Juts one employee what a disappointment and they close at 8 definitely needs to be two people working I use to work at subway and they were always two people no matter what manger isn’t doing his job
The lettuce was bad the tomatoes looked like they were so old. I would rate it 0 or -3. I wouldn't give that stuff to anyone. Bad experience

Great sandwiches, but Subway has really let me down and lost my business. On June 30th I attempted to use the app to order for pick up. My son and I were eating Subway a few times a week and never had a problem. But this time, I got an error message upon checking out. I tried a 2nd time to complete checking out but got an error message again. I checked my bank and saw 2 charges pending for $20.37 each. I figured they were just authorizations and would drop off, but they didn't. Subway put the charges through even though the orders were never fulfilled. I have attempted to contact Subway via their app and their website and no one will respond. So now I'm out $40.74. Thanks Subway. I recommend you spend your money at a different sandwich shop.

i love this subway a bunch, I've had no issues with any of the workers!! i always ask if they could doodle a smiley face on my sandwich and i always get one:)
Was empty when I came in but the sandwich artist was very welcoming and helpful. She made our sandwiches perfectly!
