Talk about shrinkflation! Ordered a 6 inch “Beast” for over $10 with tax. And the sandwich was so tiny I had to laugh! The Beast is supposed to be their biggest sandwich, but the sandwich was maybe 6 ounces total weight. I could have sworn the person behind the counter was counting each olive, onion, pepper, etc. Not worth the cost.
Was out of meatballs, which was fine, but when asked if he could replace it with pepperoni the worker straight up said "No" and "it's too late"... not even a few seconds had passed. Was visibly annoyed that I ordered more than one sandwich, rolling his eyes. It's a Subway, your job is to make food!
Nice service and clean.the sub taste good too
I ordered a meatball sub foot long today. I asked for the bread not to be toasted, extra sauce and white cheese. Today, money is a little tight so me and my son was going to share it, as I am in the process of moving. Ok, so, the guy behind the counter gave me cheese bread as requested. He then goes to the back and come out with a new bag of meatballs and put them in the container. Then he puts them on the sandwich and adds the white cheese. Puts it in the oven to "melt the cheese for 10 seconds" he's says. Then cuts it and bags them. THEY WERE STILL COLD AF‼️ It made me upset because he could have cooked the meatballs at least and then put them on the untoasted bread. He barely put any sauce on it and it was very watery. So far and by far the worst we have ever had or witnessed for me and my son.
Website says the restaurant closes at 9. However I tried coming in at 7:24 and the worker was mopping and had the entrance blocked off and said they were closed. INCONVENIENT!!!!
I have had decent service on many occasions, at this particular location. However, today our sandwiches honestly had such few toppings we could barely taste them. We did not get what we paid for in comparison to our past experiences. We will not be back to this one.
