Service leaves a lot to be desired. I understand its not the easiest of jobs, but there is one worker who I've noticed is pretty regularly rude and combative towards customers. I dont know what her problem is but every time I go in there it seems like someone is holding her at gunpoint. Edit: I’m there right now and have been waiting to be helped for 10 minutes. There is one person working, and he has been scrambling to make multiple online orders. He’s behind, slow, and is the only one working. How can this happen all the time?

They use the Subway name and promotions to bring in customers, but don't honor the promotions. It feels like a bait and switch and I don't understand why corporate Subway allows this. If you don't want to participate in the Subway promotions, then just be an independent sandwich shop. The food itself has been fine.
If you don’t take coupons post it in the front of the store. You might lose less product that way.
I won’t be back. Lady behind the counter was not pleasant. I literally said: “pickles, olives, jalapeños” and she yelled at me for speaking too fast. She yelled at me. Then the sandwich was slapped together with the bare minimum of ingredients as if she was telling me she didn’t want me back anyhow.
They never answer a phone.
Not Helpful or friendly, we ordered it through the Subway app to be delivered. And they refused to do anything and didn't even deliver it.
