The lady that works here in the morning is a very unhappy, miserable person. I came in one morning and wasn't greeted and she says "what do you want?". I gave her the benefit of the doubt and thought she might be going through something. 2 weeks later I come in at about 9:30 am and she's the exact same person, acting like I inconvenienced her and hilariously is throwing the lunch meat around like she's mad at it (really quite funny lol) but horrible customer service Unhappy people want you to be unhappy too, avoid these people and this subway.
I just stopped 5 minutes before 7. The hours on the door say they close at 8 but the girl inside has the doors locked and is laughing on the phone waving me away. The hours on Google state they'll be open till 9 p.m. door says 8. Employee closed at 630??? Terrible way to set up a customer's expectations. Also, stay open til your listed hours. You just lost a 4 person sandwich order.
By far the rudest and most insulting store owner. I was laughed out of the store because I wanted to take a picture of the menu for my bedridden husband. No apology, just a laughing "You can't do that here, I won't let you". If that's your customer service quality, then I suppose you don't need more customers.
Closed with the open sign on at 3:20 on a Friday? This is the 4th times it’s happened at this location. Ownership or corporate need to intervene asap
Did not hold back on the meat or veggies. Was very nice and fast.
