UPDATE 03/27/2024 With all honesty if Xander or Kademe aren't there DON'T GO, Donald/Ronald I hope you read this, YOU ARE RUDE AND UNPLEASANT, Talking on the phone while you are "assisting me", your annoyed attitude, the fact that I am paying $11 for a sub and you don't even bother to have fresh bread or at least put a decent normal amount of toppings is unbelievable, when I asked for olives I wasn't expecting five tiny olives!. You need a job away from customers because you SUCK AT THIS! 03/01/2024 I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service at this location, and I must say, it was truly outstanding. Xander, the staff member, went above and beyond to ensure that my visit was not only satisfactory but truly memorable. From the moment I walked into the store, Xander greeted us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. His positive energy was infectious and immediately put me at ease. He took the time to listen to my needs and guide me through the various options available, demonstrating an impressive knowledge of the products. What truly set Xander apart was his remarkable personality. He was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly personable, making me feel valued as a customer. He engaged in friendly conversation, showing a genuine interest in my preferences and ensuring that I found exactly what I was looking for. His passion for customer service was evident in every interaction, and it made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. Moreover, Xander's dedication to cleanliness and organization did not go unnoticed. The store was impeccably maintained, reflecting his commitment to creating a welcoming environment for customers. If every establishment had someone like Xander, Subway would undoubtedly be the place to go again.

Theres a guy named Donald that works at this store and he is awful - talking on the phone while he’s making our sub, using stale/hard bread and barely putting any veggies - I understand portions but he is ridiculous with the meager amount he adds, he acts like they pay him in toppings - I promise for all the pennies he’s saving in food cost this location is losing money when people see he’s the one working and go eat somewhere else Xander and Kadeem on the other hand are awesome and the only reason I ever eat here - both super friendly, attentive and they make beautiful food - They should be promoted (or at least given a raise) and Donald should be fired for being a terrible person

Had a $hitty experience tonight at this location. 1st off the girl came off annoyed and seemed rude that my wife and I came in around 8:30.My wife's sandwich was ok being that it was just turkey and cheese but I ordered a toasted meatball footlong and ended up with nothing but this sauce slop, she wrapped it up to keep it from falling apart like she was sending a fragile package to Europe. There was only two meatballs on each end of the sandwich with the rest of it being sauce and the toppings I asked for, even though I asked for it to be toasted it still literally fell apart like uncooked pizza dough when i tried to pick it up to eat due to all the sauce on it...Now ofcourse,this location is now closed for the night so by the time I got back home it was too late to take it back to get it remade or refunded... I literally had to eat a sandwhich with a fork and knife just so I could have some kind of dinner before heading to work. The girl that made our sandwiches was obviously in a rush to close and leave for the night and this was the result ! I would highly choose a different location to spend your money where the people working there care a little more about preparing the food they provide or you could end up with something like this...smfh

Xander is the greatest asset to this location. Not only was he courteous, attentive, respectful, and most definitely superior to any other representative that I’ve dealt with here at this location for the last 15 years. His energy is unmatched even when it was busy, and his hands were tied! From walking in to his warm greeting to leaving. Hands down one of the best experiences so far!
