My 1-star rating is based on my experience coming in last night around 8pm, granted they were 1 hour from closing. However, the person working at that time was grumpy and unwelcoming off the bat. We asked if the location participated in accepting the paper coupons or even the deals on the app (we were intending to use the current footlong BOGO deal). The guy quickly stated that he doesn't take coupons, period, end of story. He might as well have said get the hell out at that point because his attitude was awful. Just a rude and disappointing experience. Not even a sorry or any effort to offer an alternative. @Subway, please improve customer service at this location. GO TO THE ONE DOWN THE HILL INSTEAD AT 2296 WESTBOROUGH and you will be treated 10x better, honor your coupons and actually enjoy a pleasant meal. Trust me. If Frank is working, he’ll take care of you.
Be careful riding from this location they charge more than it says on the board behind them.
I didn’t pay tips but he selected $2.07 tips which I didn’t tip him guys be careful with them.

They don't accept coupons
The person making the sandwiches wasn't very good. She didn't finish helping me before she helped the next customer. She didn't ask if there was anything else I needed til I said something to her, then she helped them then finished up with me and started making the wrong sandwich til I told her.. she never apologized or anything finished my order and helped the next person... they need more then 1 person at lunch time making sandwhiches and she wouldn't except my coupon I had for 2 sandwhiches.
Very delicious sandwiches. They don't have a lot of toppings, but there are a lot of choices for sandwiches.
