I hope the subway owner or manager sees this. I just placed an online order under Isaac. Earlier today I ordered a pack of 12 cookies and I only received 6. I also asked for a TOASTED spicy Italian sandwich but it was not toasted. I knew I should've checked the bag when I was there but it's too late now. I'm was greatly dissatisfied because I was missing half my cookies and basic instructions were not followed. Would not recommend and I will not be ordering from here again.
The guy working was mean and refused to put on the toppings I wanted on my sandwich.
The people during the day are great, but some employees don’t listen to my order and leave ingredients out. At one point after repeating myself I stop correcting them—specifically one female at night rn —but for the most part I love this subway and am usually stopping by.
Whoever worked that 6-2 shift today needs actual customer service classes because y’all are rude and lazy. Find a new job if you don’t like customer service instead of taking it all out on people you don’t even know. Have the life y’all deserve.
