Paid for all flats & got 4 flats & 6 drums. I'm so over hoots.

First and last time buying here, I bought the 8pc shrimp meal and they were soggy and very greasy and the fries were undercooked.

Honestly super good. I love the wings and sauce here, the waffle fries were surprisingly good (comparable to Chick-fil-A’s). But this basket was such an awful decision. Why would you give a basket with holes drenched in sauce? The sauce spilled over the entire tray. Why would you not use a box, styrofoam, literally anything that can catch the sauce? Anyways, the staff was really nice about it, and it was delicious, but man… terrible design choice…
