I asked to use the restroom and the worker told me that there was not one, when I told her I was purchasing something she still said there was not bathroom. When I stated that in Illinois restaurants are mandated to have a working restroom for paying customers her story changed to “it’s broken”. The only reason I stepped foot in this subway to use the bathroom but I was very curious about the foot long pretzels they are now offering… While this establishment has a clean dining area. The women working was rude, I ordered a foot long pretzel and it was dry and when I asked for cheese she looked at me like I was crazy, I had to point at the sign until she offered the honey mustard that is supposed to come with.
