Terrible customer service, slow lunch line with only 4 customers in line - terrible attitude. No wonder I’ve never been to this location.
This Subway location is often hit or miss. Unfortunately for my family and I, tonight it was a huge miss. The sandwiches were made incorrectly and not properly filled. We also ordered cookies and were given a random assortment (instead of what we paid for) that were extremely burned. 5 cookies burned to a crisp and given to the customer. Does that seem right? Highly disappointed. UPDATE: The employees at this location never seem to know what's going on. Be careful if you order through the mobile app. Half of the time they forget about you and the other half they make you wait 20+ minutes past the pickup time. Truly astounding.
Good and clean, got a great sandwich very quickly.
I ordered through the app, when I arrived to pick up my food, the store was closed, I spoke to a manager the next day and was told that my would be returned in 24 hours, it has been over a week and still no refund.
By far the worst subway I have ever been in. Workers had music blasting and took them forever to wait on my wife and I. Then claimed Internet was out and wanted cash.
Very friendly staff. Talked to my daughter and had her laughing. Always our go to on practice nights. Kid-friendliness: Employees always talk to my kids which is way better than the subway near my house. Keep up the great customer service. It's what makes a business.
They are ok . How can you go wrong making a sandwich? ♂️
