Parasol food truck

My husband and I’s favorite place!!!! Their Mac and cheese is to die for. We have loved every sandwich we have tried from them & soups & burgers! Last time I got on my burger bacon and they forgot to put it on- I never even realized because the burger was sooooo good but the owner texted me refunding me the bacon and saying sorry that he forgot it! I was like oh wow seriously no worries I didn’t even realize it because the burger was so good Also the chips are just the best. You have to try this place if you haven’t! Their specials are always so yummy too.

Took a detour from our travels to grab Thai food from a food truck in Buda. Super disappointed that there was no one there. Opted to order at Parasols. IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT! I had the portobello mushroom and mozzarella sandwich and my husband had the beer cheese potato soup. The food was hot, fresh and delish!!!! Friendly service too! Would highly recommend. As far as atmosphere, we had an ambulance, fire truck and train all pass by while we were eating. Could not be helped. Loud.

Fantastic. Great tasting BBQ chicken and Reuben sandwich. Really good. Friendly staff.

Finally tried this place and oh man y’all, I’ve been missing out!!! The caramelized onion jam and brie sandwich was DELISH!! Like I can’t describe just how tasty it was! Then their Mac n cheese my son couldn’t get enough (and he is annoyingly picky lol). Go get their tasty food, be around their positive vibe, and enjoy

Our office orders lunch from here a few times each month. The food is always delicious and they always get our order correct without leaving off any items. I really enjoy their soups of the day. Happy they're here in Buda!

Some of the best sandwiches in the state of Texas. Half real meat and half veggie meat menu to cater to both audiences equally. I love it!

perfect little gem of a sandwich place! I’ve been ordering pretty much weekly (and sometimes twice a week!) since discovering this truck, and I’ve never been disappointed. Everything is 10/10 and it’s so fun to see what creative sandwich/soup is on the board for the week! The regular menu is amazing too! The best part is the incredible selection of vegetarian options. Service is so friendly, I order ahead and barely walk up to the window and they already have my bag in hand ready to give me. I haven’t eaten at a chain sandwich place since discovering Parasol, and won’t eat at one again as long as it’s around!

Bbq chicken sandwich is amazing!! Homemade chips come with it and these people do not skimp. My husband and I had a quick date before picking up our kids and we had food leftover to share at home later. Delicious food and the people making it are SO NICE!

Parasol has maybe the best sandwiches in the Austin area. I’m vegan and they always have something new and special for me, but my wife eats everything and she is equally as in love with their gourmet sandies!! I eat here typically 3 or 4 times a week. Overall it’s a wonderful place run by lovely people who care about quality. Must visit!
