I encountered a series of issues that left me disappointed. Firstly, the store closed nearly an hour before the posted closing time, inconveniencing me and others who expected to enjoy a meal within the regular business hours.This is not the first time for early closure. It has happened multiple times where instead of 8pm they have closed it at 7pm. Furthermore, when I did manage to place an order, the quality of service declined noticeably. The staff seemed in a rush, resulting in poorly cut bread that affected the overall enjoyment of my sandwich with considerable less salad on my sub.I told the girl that this bread is not cut properly and it is broken from everywhere. She clearly ignored my concern. It appeared that the employee was eager to conclude their shift quickly, sacrificing the quality of the food and customer experience

Don't look at their closing times, they close when they feel like it. Pathetic!!!
Customer services is slow and terrible and the food is just as bad paying almost more then the usual subway around the vacinity, only to be given as little as possible and not allowing to choose what topping you want only to be told 'No'. .you guys need to fix up i understan times are hard but also we spend our hard earn money at your store .if you don't want it you should close down !
Quite a bad branch. It’s more expensive than other subway stores, they didn’t accept my loyalty card, didn’t have the cookies I wanted, built the sandwich really badly (whilst also stingy with toppings), wrapped it even worse and the workers were a bit moody. I probably won’t be returning.
The worst subway store, franchise should be stripped from the owner.
Located in Jewellery Quarter, reasonably the prices are little bit higher than other Subways nearby. A small one, not many seats to dine in. The food quality is fine. I hardly give 1 star, but this is unacceptable for me. The Subcard machine is irregularly broken here, with different issues every time. Even when it is working, the staff will always refuse to redeem any items with my points. As a regular Subway customer, I really despise their behaviour and attitude. They should get this issue fixed as soon as possible if they care about it, otherwise you know what they are actually thinking and all I can do is staying away.
The food was overpriced and stale from the bread was rock hard to the cookies worst 10 I spent on food these franchise store are the worst ever.
