This was the worst place to ever go they rude and Retarded I called when I got home to tell them my order was wrong the girl who m wouldn't say her name started yelling on the phone and hung up I called several times back she kept hanging up like she's totally incompetent and Totally retarded childish and I called the next day talked to I believe Sonia I think that was her name she sounded nice I asked for a refund she said I'll talk to GN call you back that never happed these idiots think we got money to give i guess there's no number to contact if you fill that form out nobody ever calls you back it's shameful that they allowed to do this Sonia says she's manager well I can't tell subway has gone down hill when a company has no contact number to corporate or customer service that means no good run don't go there they about ripping you off ....not good business just sad
I arrived at 4:30 and departed at 5 without being asked if I wanted my sandwiches toasted. Despite expressing my preference, one of them was toasted anyway, and excessive cheese was added. I was disappointed with the quality of my food as the sandwich was sloppily made, and my order was forgotten until I reminded the man after he had already prepared it.
Food was mad incorrectly, now they are voiding me. They also intentionally took their phone of the hook so I could call them.
They used to have an older gentleman that was the manager that was very nice and everyone that was working There was nice too. Now I don’t know what has happened its a younger boy that was working today which is 3 January. He was rude to the young lady in front of me and I feel he was being rude towards me too. When you asked for a little of something he put a lot so he’s not listening and when you say extra something he put a little I feel like this young man needs to be retrained and learn how to have better customer service .
Sonia was great! She was the only one working with a long line and no one was complaining because she was moving very quick. Had a smile on her face
My subs weren’t edible. I have been eating subway my whole life and this store is constantly subpar. This is my first complaint though, I submitted a complaint form twice with no response!

One of the nicer subways in Austin. Always fresh when we come. Nice variety of drinks and chips stocked up!
I went yesterday around 2:49 pm. on 10/10/2023. Sonia received me with a warm welcome, and she was efficient at making my sandwich. If there were more people like Sonia, perhaps Subway would be thriving in the Austin area. I will continue to revisit this store due to Sonia's friendliness and her work ethic since this Subway is the best in South Austin or maybe in the entire city.
