I stop at this location for lunch ,and the line was almost out the door when I arrived due to one of the employees just having an attitude and being really ugly towards the customers to the point she couldn't cash out any of the customers so we have to wait over 45 minutes to check out with our I didn't ask the other co-worker for the store manager's phone number in he said I don't normally work at this location when I see him every time I go to the same location multiple times before.!!! Bad customer service and employees should be fired!!!
They have incredibly rude employees. How does Subway allow these?
There are only two workers here and they are slow and don't seem to care for their job at all. If you go in and order it will take a while even if your the only one in the establishment. If you order pick up your order will be wrong and don't try to call them they don't answer and they don't allow you to leave a message because the mailbox is full. This place is trash.
I don't like leaving complaints. I didn't want to do it. I can't reach anyone at the number. I ordered 4 subs. This has happened for the third time. The other two times I couldn't reach anyone so I let it ride. I put toasted on all of sandwiches and I even put a note to melt the cheese and still for third time it is not toasted and the cheese is not melted. I didn't want to complain because I don't like to but also the two workers that are working just seem like they are tired old or need extra help. I didn't want to be rude. I call no one answers their mailbox is full. This is when we order pick up not when we are in the location. Last time I order pick up. Update: so after the 5th call she finally answered and I told her this is the 3rd time this has happened that I don't like to complain and before I could get anything else out she says yea yea ok ok you need to speak to the manager and she is not back until 10 tomorrow and hung up in my face. No apologies no sympathy no empathy no ownership no customer service and completely unprofessional. I called back to ask for her name and she said I am not giving you my name laughed and hung up. Disgusting behavior. I will update after I speak to the manager. I don't even want my money back I just wanted to let them know this is the 3rd time and needs tobe addressed. Another subway can have our money not this one.
Seriously poor service at Subway today. I ordered through the app. I'm waiting on the store with five other people as there only employee goes as slow as possible making food. Frustratingly, I asked him twice about my order out in through the app asked he ignored me both times. He is also ignoring other customer questions. Very frustrating experience. Food was ready more than 20 minutes after email said it would be done. And after that, he'd made the order incorrectly.

A little hard to find but they were very nice. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
