Great sandwiches but poor service.

Why would u have a phone that u don’t even answer. Y’all cancelled my order for no reason y’all won’t answer the phone. Then it’s gonna take a week for my money to come back on my card. And couldn’t even get a credit to reorder from another place is crazy. Worst experience ever

Got here at 815pm and it was closed.. tho it says 9pm closing on google..

Shorted on cheese.

I assume everyone working here is a felon or on probation and hates their job. Got the most passive aggressive service from a thin brown gentleman with face and arm tattoos. Sorry I didnt know that the white cheese is American, thats why youre the culinary master! Lol

I would love to thank Mariano for the sandwiches he made yesterday for a for a friend and I. We are regulars and the sandwiches were fresh as well as the condiments; sandwiches were made carefully and not sloppy while eating. I ordered online. When I got there I had to wait 25 minutes for them to even start my order!! There was like 9 customer that got serviced while I was waiting. What’s the point of ordering online then?!?! Unreal.. and on top of that. I didn’t even get the sandwich I ordered!
