Wow I’m amazed how on point this location was. Whataburger & chic fil a needs to take some lesson from this crew! On point, customer service and just awesome! Thank you Jack In The Box!

The new late night crew is slower than ever, rude, and the food isn't worth the wait or the hassle.

They just get my order wrong 10/10 times :/

I was at the drive trow today and had and unfortunate car mishaps and there for holding up the line the staff was so nice and caring didn’t make me feel worser then I was already feeling was stuck for about 45 min until I was able to finally move but I just wanted to thank the staff for checking on us and making sure we where hydrated in this Texas heat hope that with this post they get a little recognition and maybe even a raise

Jack in the Box doesn't have good food per se, but I enjoy the croissant sandwich and iced coffee. Additionally, the woman behind the counter was very friendly. My food came out quickly, and that's exactly what I needed!

I came at 11:15 at night on August 22,2023 and waited at the intercom for over 5min for someone to respond and nothing. I went to the window and the employees were just talking. I drove around to the front to see who they were talking to and the person with the headset was sitting down on their phone. So I went nextdoor to Whataburger and was serviced in less than 5min. Thank you Jack and the box for ruining my experience forever at this location Oh by the way they didn't service the 12 other cars behind me either..

Team members are rude and unprofessional. Food was cold and disgusting looking. Wait time was insane just because every single team member was unorganized.

The worst Jack in the Box I’ve ever been to. They never have anything you want when you try to order it, sometimes you go at night and they just ignore the drive thru completely and act like you aren’t there until you pull off, orders are always messed up and today I go at lunch time to try a new item and I wait in line for 10 mins to be told “Our system is down we’re aren’t taking any orders” I don’t believe it for one second. Whoever is running this location is an absolute joke for a manager and needs to be fired

ordered my sister a kids meal & instead of giving her chicken nuggets, they gave her jalapeño bombers! called them over 10 times & no answer. never going back for sure.
