Waited almost 20mins just for her to tell me they have no tuna in the whole store. It’s only 12:00pm, how did you run out?

The first problem is they don't their hands. They just put on gloves. Women came out the back after chilling and just threw the gloves on. Didn't make my sandwich right. So make sure to explain each thing not order off the menu. Also getting what's left of the veggies is disappointing. In fact very unappealing. Don't come here when the elderly women is making sandwiches she is gross. Post covid and doesn't wash her hands before making food.

If you close at 9 o'clock then you close at 9 o'clock you don't close the store before 9 o'clock then snivel I said we were closed you close at 9 o'clock if you close earlier than you it should say you close at 8 o'clock or 830pm when your other stores are closing at 8:30 lights out but it says 9 PM

On September 25th at 5:15pm my son and I entered this Subway. We have been coming here for 15 years now and always had great customer service. There was a new renovation and I'm not sure if it's under new ownership but today my service was horrible. After waiting 15 minutes on them to finish the online orders and the two teenager girls taking forever, nobody ever acknowledged us. In fact the customers who came in behind us was giving immediate service and nothing was ever said to us. I walked out and bought Chinese dinner. Horrible service by the older guy with a beard and the older Hispanic/ Native lady. I'll never come back while they are there. Please hire workers who will take care of their customers.

Nice place it was very clean and had a friendly staff. I was greeted as I walked in the door which is always a great start. As I was ordering my favorite sandwich the turkey cali club, I was helped by Darren. He was very nice and asked what I wanted I told him and he was pretty quick to make my sandwich, I was very impressed on how fast and but still precise and paid attention to detail and me the customer, always asking me everything was how I wanted it to be. I was then help by Josh at the register who was super nice and generous to give a military discount. And also told me to do a survey on the receipt to get free cookies on my next visit. All in all this was a great store to decide to come to today. So if you have had a bad experience with this place in the past try to give it another shot because Darren and Josh both did a great job today thank yous

Absolutely horrible service in this store. I've had numerous times where they're just out of stuff, (cheese, etc.), or no ice in the drink machine. Stood there for 25 mins today while one of the employees was just trying to be so cute, and clowning around with the customers ahead of me. Then, I paid $12 bucks for a footlong Tuna sandwich and realized when I got home that she only put two tiny scoops of Tuna on the sandwich. I called the store to let them know how dismal the whole experience was and they said I could come back and get another sandwich, like I have another half hour to waste. Outrageous. I'll never step foot in this store again, (except to get the manager's info, to make sure they're fully aware of the situation).

Realmente me parece de mal gusto que la hora de cierre es a las 9:00pm y llegue a las 8:50pm y habían personas por delante y a todos nos atendió de mala manera todo lo hacía rápido queriendo terminar e irse porque ya casi se acercaba la hora de cierre lo hacía a las patadas , y me parece que me cobro más de lo que era siempre gasto al rededor de 30$ por 2 panes grandes y hoy pedí un pan grande y la mitad de un pan y me cobro 29$ nose si quería cobrarme de más porque eran más de las 9:00pm y me estaba atendiendo en realidad no lose pero súper mala atención, es preferible que no atiendan a las personas a que las atiendan de mala manera.
