Great service and delicious boba! Dietary restrictions: Dairy free milk options!

Nice shop, delicious

We have been going to Presotea on E Hampden for several months and have always had excellent service. The flavors are delicious and the boba is soft and sweet. They stay soft which is a nice change from other companies we have tried. Amy is friendly and attentive. She knows us well enough that she starts to make our drinks the moment we walk in. Our favorites are Taro and Genmaicha. Lobby is always well kept. This is our go to place. Thank you Amy for excellent customer service!

Introverts dream, can order on the kiosk without talking to anyone and quickly get your boba drink

I don’t go there often but when I do, I leave upset. I’m there around 6-7pm, and it’s been the last three times that they have ran out of boba (well make more). You’re a boba spot, how do you run out of boba? It is also pricier than other boba places, I will not be returning
