Very Rude Foreigners They Are: refuse to accept my U.S. funds because my ten dollar bill had a cigarette size hole in it. The customer before me had a tape together $20.00 and she refused his cash as well. It’s money and it still spends the same. Stop bringing these stinking mf over here allowing them to run businesses and they don’t comprehend how things work here in the states. Worst customer service experience ever.

This subway needs to be shutdown. The employees are rude, when you order a combo with a drink, they charge each item separately then tell you they don't have combos. They never have fountain drinks, so the charge you 3 dollars for a bottle drink. If you order a footlong, and want it cut in half, they charge you for 2 6in subs. And you can't add any sides unless both sides have the same. Needless to say I walked out. With nothing, because the lady kept yelling at me to pay for two sandwiches when I ordered a footlong. Oh and they don't take coupons, even though you get them from them. WORST SUBWAY EVER. IT NEEDS NEW EMPLOYEES, OR SHUT DOWN. Kid-friendliness: No, not even Adult friendly Wheelchair accessibility: No it's not.

Who made my food was weird and rude for no reason . I had a coupon for a free foot long when i purchase one and she wasn’t trying to put it in . in fact refused to . i don’t think i’m going to go there just because of the service.
The staff is/was rude. They don't have everything on the menu, So if you order online you won't know until you get there. The customer service is the absolute worst. Don't waste your time at this location. There are others in the area that are much better. Courtland st or CNN center.
