Placed my delivery order twice using the Subway app... both times, the restaurant had no info about my order, and it was canceled. Fix your app.
Ordered online with a gift card, they cancelled my ordered on the arrival time. Then they didn’t even give me my refund on my gift card. I cannot get ahold of anyone and was told to email corporate. Very very frustrating
The level of service provided is not professional. Even if you place an online order or visit the store, the staff may not be able to hear you effectively because they do not speak English. Advise visiting another store to avoid wasting your time and money.
2 things. They opened up way too late. When she unlocked the door she couldn’t even say hi, she didn’t even look at me. the woman working there didn’t greet or anything. So unfriendly and felt very unwelcome. Ovens weren’t ready so whatever I wanted to order it had to be cold. I think this was my worst experience at subway ever Went away without ordering anything. After I read the reviews I guess that’s the best thing I could have done.
Literally, the HIGHEST price subway in Atlanta. Even the airport subway is cheaper. Avoid unless no other option.
Two things. First: I ordered a veggie delight sandwich. You'd think the person making the sandwich would put more than a skiff of lettuce/spinach on the sandwich. Second: I ordered the sandwich with Mayo & Vinegar. It came with Mayo & Mustard. Unfortunately, this was yet another failed UberEats order so I had no way of knowing that the person making the sandwich was grossly incompetent before receiving food that I'm now not able to eat.

Make sure you are open your sandwich when use the app ( they make my sandwich wrong twice .
