BEWARE! This is by far the WORST subway in Atlanta. Horrible custom service, old veggies even when you come in the am and just all around horrible experience!
All of the meat section is cover so you can’t see it while you order like all other subways, I emphasized 3 times to add bacon and it wasn’t until the end they added it when I reminded them the first time, barely speak any English, I found a hair in my sandwich, and when I ordered it didn’t read my card the first time so the lady reached over shoving my card in bending it in half almost breaking it.
Order online , went to pick and and no one speaks english, all they said is that the order is not there even when we show our receipt. All they keep saying is not there but is hard to know what they are saying. There's no where we we can get a refund. Try to call the number on the website to see I could talk to anyone, the number is disconnected They just took our money. Stay away from this place.
I will never return to this as a guest or anything I went this store about to purchase 5 subs and spend 100 dollar never again the East Indian lady stared at me and my family like we were dogs I'm a educator and independent black man and I understand her momentum but I want to say it wasn't for us Black scholars and society they would not have what they have and I hope they go back home. They close at 8.00 not 9.00
It says they close at 9 but where closed at 8pm I will he suing for false advertising.
