Delicious coffee and cookies and if you want to hangout on a Thursday night trivia is definitely a vibe!

As someone who has worked in all levels of the hospitality industry for over 15 years, I can honestly say that was some of the worst service I have experienced. On Saturday March 9th at 7:25 am. The lady working the counter was pleasant but had no knowledge of the menu she was selling and the gentleman making the coffee was beyond rude and so cold. The hot drinks we ordered were not hot at all, and the cold brew tasted like soap… I rarely ever write reviews as I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and understand that everyone has their days. But leaving this coffee house was so off putting and highly disappointing. Place was cute! Product not so much, staff definitely need help! Proceeded with caution!

After reading some poor and interesting reviews I had to come visit and see for myself. Paid 5$ for cappuccino, was fast and executed perfectly. Price is in the ballpark across the country. (I’ve had a great cappuccino for 3.75 up to little over 6$) they were roasting a batch of beans. Place has some cool style and is what I would consider core coffee. Nice covered area to sit outside. Seating inside too. I do coffee shops and I will return here for sure when I am in town.

Disappointing Experience at Subculture Coffee Mizner I recently visited Subculture Coffee Mizner at 437 Plaza Real, Boca Raton, FL 33432, United States, looking forward to enjoying a cold brew. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The staff member who took my order (a male) displayed one of the most peculiar behaviors I've encountered, avoiding eye contact and mumbling incoherently when my card initially failed to tap, instructing me to insert it without any clear communication. After processing my order, he left my cold brew behind the tip box, making it nearly impossible for me to notice. It was only after a while, when I inquired if the unnoticed cold brew was mine, did he confirm with a bizarre expression. Retrieving my coffee required me to move the tip box myself, during which he made no effort to assist, seemingly taking pleasure in the awkward situation he orchestrated. As a coffee enthusiast and a fan of Mizner Park, I was hoping to find a new favorite spot in Subculture Coffee. However, this absurd level of customer service has deterred me from ever returning. It's disheartening to see such a significant investment in location being matched with incredibly poor customer service. I hope this feedback serves as a wake-up call to improve. Best of luck.

A cold atmosphere with chilly marble table tops -- and the worst rock music ever heard, played as loudly as possible. Really really horrible. Nothing like the pleasant West Palm Beach Subculture.
