Food was sub par and super expensive for Laos cuisine. We got the Laab which was super disappointing, like mixing sand with very bland herbs and spices. The lettuce wraps appeared amateurish and were merely okay. The purple rice and mango was better, despite not being nearly as good as traditional Thai Mango and Sticky Rice. The sausage and Thai Tea were the best items. The service was quick enough but impersonal. For what you pay, this experience left us disappointed and sure to seek out other options in the future. Parking: In the backlot.
Delicious food! I ordered the Lemongrass Beef Jerky, Crispy Rice Lettuce Wraps, and Sweet Purple Rice with Mango. All of these dishes were incredible! This was my first time eating food from Laos and I can't wait to go back for more :)
First time I tried the beefy jerky I like it. Tried it yesterday and to be honest this food is nasty as hell . If you think this food is good then you just need to take a trip to Houston ! Houston have the best food .
So I'm Filipino and my wife and her family are Lao. We long anticipated the opening of this restaurant as we're Disney pass holders and swing by Dim Sum, Pho, Korean, and Boiling Crawfish on every visit to O-Town. Well now we have a new place to add to our rotation! Very reasonably priced, great casual "picnic/family style" layout in true Lao community fashion. Service is great w a smile and compliment, and the food is true legit Laotian! What a relief! Hard to pull off authentic Laos food, unless of course, your whole kitchen staff and owners are Laotian. Wash your hands and eat w your fingers legit! Our favorites: - Larb gai - chicken wings BBQ (better than home made-don't tell mom) - sin Hang - tamahung - tamactua Or pretty much anything on the menu, really. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars = when we ask for "Loa Spicy", it doesn't mean Thai spicy. We want it PET PET - like crying, sweating, running to the rest room spicy - like we do at home. We get it, too spicy is not for everyone. Keep up the great work!!
If you like the food here. You will love the authentic Laotian foods. The Laotian foods at this location is only an imitation of the authentic Laotian foods.
I walked in and quickly walked out because of how dirty it was inside. It smelled bad and when the kitchen door opened it showed an even dirtier atmosphere.
It’s good. The flavors are nicely balanced! A definite must try!
Love this place. The food delicious. Anything the guy in the front suggest, get it
