Rude staff the girl at the window i think her name was sierra.. was not nice. Also got my drink wrong. Paid $7 for a wrong drink...
On March 21st I ordered a hot caramel macchiato with an extra shot and cinnamon powder. And a iced chai latte with cinnamon powder. The caramel macchiato didn't have an extra shot nor cinnamon powder. And the iced chai latte did not have cinnamon powder. They were careless with my order. I was very disappointed because I was craving what I had order.
The Starbucks screen was black and nobody came to the speaker for help so I assumed they were possibly closed but as I turned to go through and out of the store someone was getting their drinks at the window. I told the employee what happened and she told me I needed to drive around and order at the speaker. Nobody was behind me so I felt it was pointless and decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. I can definitely understand if I pulled up for no reason but this was plenty the reason to pull up and order and sense there was no one behind me I felt there was no valid reason to go through the trouble and pull around. I never complain but for this I will be leaving this review.
The caramel frapacinos were delicious and so were the fudge brownies.
This is my regular Starbucks and they are always super fast, friendly, and nice, will always recommend
This location just can't get it together. Ever since they've opened, I've had issues with them. It's the closest location to me but I'll need to go somewhere else at this point. Everytime I place a mobile order, they can't find it or only give me half my order and then say bye. Half the time they have the drive thru closed - but still have drive thru pickup available on the app so I've ordered not realizing until I've arrived that I'll have to go inside in my pj's to get my order. My go to drink tastes different everytime - there's no consistency.
There's no guarantee you'll get whipped cream on your drink, fair warning...
