Lena and Diana should be fired. First you admit your head is not at work and I had to repeat my order. Then when making one of my drinks you stare at the cup several times as if you couldn’t read. Then the kicker is my other drink is given to someone else. Instead of just remaking the drink you want to go around and around about who took the drink and questioning me as if I was lying. Then ask what was my name but my name was never asked when purchasing the starbucks because Lena head was in the clouds flirting with the previous customer. It takes an extra 15 minutes just to get my other drink that was given to someone else after being questioned over and over again as once again I was lying or with the other person who took the drink and was trying to get a free drink. It’s obvious from the reviews your customer service is terrible and I will never return as your workers are terrible and I was literally accused of lying.

Very poor customer service. Favoritism for Target employees over shoppers. Impatient, disgusted attitude. Unwilling to explain situation/store policy. I will not return.
It would be a wonderful starbucks if the employees didn't chase the customers. It was done in the AM and in 2 hours later. Come back and it was repeated the same thing . One customer left in the morning because of the two employees having issues and then in the afternoon the same thing. And then it took me almost twenty minutes to get a cup of coffee because of one employee complaining to a target employe..
