Never in my life... I was in the drive thru ordering drinks for me & my family... when suddenly I get a rude interruption at the end of my order: "MA'AM! Next time you are ordering this many drinks you need to go inside and order." EXCUSE ME? My response was... "Wow... I have never been told such a thing... that was kinda rude..." Starbucks response: "It's a Starbucks thing... not trying to be rude but you're holding up the line..." Today is Saturday, January 27, 2024 5:50 pm... Who ever is working at Starbucks at this location is trash. I'll go buy my family drinks at another location.
Time and time again I order 30 minutes ahead of time on the app and end up waiting 15 minutes in the store to not get my order and end up leaving empty handed. Can’t approach the staff about it because they will ignore you or brush you off. Overall, left disappointed again
I kid you not I just got home and opened up my coffee to let it cool down and it’s HALFWAY FULL! For $6.50 this should be full to the brim. What a rip off.
Good customer service, although very basic... without major impact on the consumer experience... I ordered a Mocha coffee with almond milk and it was very good, good flavor... The table area where we sat was untidy and dirty with crumbs of bread. The staff did not provide the service of having the table clean. The average experience to be a Starbucks.
